You’ll join an international team of around 60 PR pros, strategy and creative specialists, and operations/HR experts to look after you.
Role overview
A vice president oversees team development, client servicing and agency growth.
You will oversee client strategy and work closely with the account director on your client teams to ensure program delivery, maintain the client relationship and your team’s development. The role also focuses on seeking new business opportunities with current and new clients.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage your servicing teams to optimize performance and embed the company’s values and behaviors.
- Structure the local and international account teams to ensure we have the right people doing the right jobs to deliver high-quality client campaigns.
- Define measurable objectives and set standards of excellence to drive performance and commitment at all levels.
- Drive an understanding of the market across the teams by promoting the news agenda, knowledge sharing and industry best practice.
- Onboarding clients: sort commercials/contracts, agree on campaign scope and KPIs
- Directly involved in campaign management, account evaluation, and special projects for clients
- Oversee delivery teams globally and work with other VPs to manage regional client relationships and local delivery teams
- Own and manage strategic relationships with clients, providing insight and counsel across all aspects of marketing and communications.
- Liaise closely with lorry teams in other regions to develop integrated global campaigns.
- Envision and execute sector strategies to grow market specialties outside of traditional growth plans.
- Determine when and how specialists can get involved with client accounts
- Work closely with the regional director and colleagues to develop a growth plan.
- Grow awareness and respect for the agency by being the face of the agency at industry events, forums and meetings, in the press and on social media.
- Network actively to identify and nurture new business prospects.
- Lead new business processes working with the regional directors on pitches.
- Develop the right insight, strategy and creative concepts to win new pitches.
Required skills and experience
- Commercial success in developing existing clients and bringing in new ones
- Well-rounded operator – good PR, digital, client servicing, strategy, team management skills

- B2b tech agency focus/in-house experience
- 8 years+ PR experience
