You’ll join an international team of around 60 PR pros, strategy and creative specialists, and operations/HR experts to look after you.
Role overview
A typical day for an account coordinator may include:
- Coordinating activities and the flow of information to the account team.
- Monitoring media, social media and digital channels for opportunities and market intelligence.
- Learning and developing your lorry client servicing techniques.
- Developing good hands-on knowledge of our tools, platforms and processes.
- Building industry, sector and PR/marketing knowledge.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Client servicing: supporting the team with the day-to-day running of client accounts, coordinating the activities and flow of information and content to and from other lorry offices and partner PR agencies, supporting clients around trade shows and big events.
- Media and events: managing media monitoring and editorial, events, awards and speaking calendars and flagging opportunities to the account team.
- Campaign development: tracking client coverage using our media monitoring services, contributing to client reporting and creative brainstorms and research.
- Social media/digital monitoring: using our social listening tools to monitor hot topics and client engagement.
Required skills and experience
- The ability to multi-task – efficiently manage your own workload and respond well to challenges.
- Strong written and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- A team player with plenty of energy.
Desired skills and experience
- Previous PR roles/internships/work experience
- A degree in PR or marketing
