Boston, Mass. – May 9, 2019 – Remember when we told you we had been selected as a finalist in the Healthcare Campaign category of the 2019 PR Club Bell Ringer awards? Well, we’re thrilled to be able to say that our b2b med-tech campaign won Gold! And, not only that, we were also selected as a Super Bell finalist, which were chosen by a special team of judges out of all the categories’ gold winners to decide the best of the best!
Our amazing team was recognized for its work with an Israeli-based med-tech company, with a grassroots campaign that was focused on raising U.S. awareness of essential tremor (ET) – a movement disorder that affects millions of people.
Through a combination of traditional and social media, patient blogs and industry awards, we created a groundswell of support around ET and brought attention to our client’s innovative non-surgical treatment. This resulted in widespread coverage in both medical trade and national media, creating more than 30 million unique media impressions over the course of the campaign.
“We’ve been on a real hot streak with our work in the healthtech sector lately, having been recognized by the Holmes Report In2 SABRE awards, Bulldog PR awards and now the PR Club Bell Ringer awards,” said Meredith L. Eaton, our director of North America. “Our teams work incredibly hard to ensure clients get the best value possible and it’s thrilling to receive such recognition for our work in this space – especially for a campaign that was about so much more than just generating coverage. Being able to drive real-world impact is recognition enough, but this is the icing on the cake!”
This award follows hot on the heels of our recent win in the annual American Business Awards, where we were chosen as a Gold Stevie award winner in the PR Campaign of the Year – Technology category. Over the last couple of months, we’ve also been selected as one of the best agencies to work for and named in the top 15 UK tech PR agencies for 2019.
